We welcome all children, regardless of background, to join us on this exciting journey of growth and discovery in the light of Islamic teachings.
5 AND 6 YEARS OLD
Restu Kids accepts student registrations for children aged between 5 and 6 years old. The academic curriculum consists of Bahasa Melayu, English language, Mathematics, Science, Art & Craft, and Physical Education.
Meanwhile, the Islamic studies curriculum, known as “silibus diniyyah,” includes subjects such as Arabic Language, Jawi, Iqra’, Hafazan and Pendidikan Islam covering subjects like Feeqah, Tauheed, Seerah and Akhlak.
The memorization module is designed according to the age appropriateness and memory capacity of each child, establishing a set of surahs (chapters) that need to be memorized before moving on to Year 1.
Children are more inclined to memorize what they are taught, obey what is directed, and imitate what is done. Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) once said, “Every child is born in a state of fitrah (natural disposition), then his parents make him Jewish, Christian, or Magian, as an animal produces a perfect young animal: do you see any part of its body amputated?” (Hadith narrated by Bukhari & Muslim).
This highlights the importance of nurturing children in their early years, teaching them the fundamentals of faith and good character. At Restu Kids, we ensure that the memorization module for Quranic verses is tailored to each child’s abilities, fostering a love for learning and adherence to Islamic teachings.
These subjects help create a holistic learning environment that not only educates children about Islam but also nurtures their cognitive, social, and emotional development within an Islamic framework.
5 TO 12 YEARS OLD
We accept children starting from 4 years old to begin learning Iqra’ or Al-Quran with certified teachers. Our program designed to empower students with the skills and knowledge needed to recite and understand the Quran effectively. Whether aiming for fluency in recitation or memorization of select chapters, our program offers a comprehensive approach to Quranic studies.
7 TO 12 YEARS OLD
To expand our network and cater to every category of children, Restu Kids also offers Intensive Fardu Ain Classes for students aged between 7 to 12 years old. Among the subjects offered are Islamic Education, Practical Prayer (Solat), and Quranic Studies/Muqaddam.
